Handle leak AMDRSServ.exe

My computer seems to be running slow and when I turn it on Excel is trying to open and then the  screen flickers.

I have ran several scans thru Webroot and it always comes back with: 

An active process seems to have a handle leak (AMDRSServ.exe).

What does this mean?
