How do I download Malwarebytes to my laptop/tablet without all the extra junk add-ons/

By all the junk extras I assume you are not talking about features of the software itself, but rather extra softare installers that are piggy backing along with it?
 
Just as with downloading and installing ANY software from the internet:

• Make sure you download directly from the maker/vendor of the software.  Do not use 3rd party download sites.
• Carefully read EVERYTHING.  Many downloads have additional software included by default, but you can opt out of them.  Any check marks that deal with such software need to be unchecked to opt out of them
• Make sure you have your WSA set to detect PUA's.  It does not catch them all, but it might help.
• Make sure you scan with WSA following the installation of any new software that you have downloaded.

Get it from MBAM's site only and it does not come with any junk free or paid!
