hellow my name is sumithra and im gettin gready to start collage this fall and im attempting to download Open Office to this computer, how can i do that with out the secuity system seeing it as an intruder and trying to get rid of it. i need to know in the next day or two. please help! ill have to be writing way too much to have tech problems to deal with. help/ please? thanks in advance....:)

Welcome to the Community Forums.
WSA should not interfere with the download of Open Office if you are getting it directly from the author's website (which is here) of from their recommended/approved download site (in this case Sourceforge). I have just tried the download from there and have had no trouble at all downloading the full installer, as a test.
If yo are having issues it may be that yo are trying to download the installer from a 3rd party site (other than the approved one above). Some 3rd party sites are known to bundled additional software in with the main installer (we know these as PUAs or Potentially Unwanted Applications as they usually are adware-related). And it is those that WSA detects and therefore prevents the download per se from taking place normally.
So if you have not done so I would try the download from the site I suggested and see if that sorts the issue for you. If not then post back with some informaiton on what exactly you are seeing in terms of the downlaod and we will try to help further.
