How safe is WinZip System Utility program and is it any good to use?
Is it Safe? Yes it is safe to use, as for it is it any use thats a personal preference. Winzip is a file extraction utility firstly. Half the other tools that it has aren't really of much use. Registry tweakers are a giant waste of time, system cleanups can be done either using WSA features or other free utilities.

I agree with Roy 100% WinZIP is good but I would not use any of it's utilities for the reasons Roy suggested. Also if you install WinZIP be sure to uncheck any unwanted add-ons or PUA's during install: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744
