how to reconnect laptop, wireless router and wireless printer.
I lost my connection. computer and wireless printing not connecting. tried to install the disc but printer isn't showing up on my list. I checked and the I have internet connection to the printer. tried using the IP address to find it but no luck. What am I doing incorrectly?

Have you tried to uninstall Webroot to see if Webroot is the cause of the issue?
I would advise uninstalling Webroot, restarting the machine and then testing to see if you can pick up the printer. If not, then it is likely something else causing the issue. If you are able to connect to the printer then I would say to just reinstall Webroot after you have installed the printer and you will be good to go.
