Currently I have two webroot problems, the first is that authentication on my mobile for the new app won’t work and the second is that I cannot log in to the new carbonite system despite setting up an account.

 

Now I am trying to open a ticket for both these problems but when I click on the link I just get 

An error has occurred on this website
The error details are below

We have logged this error and will be working to fix it in the next few hours

 

This has been going on for days! 

 

I have a one year trial of McAfee on my new laptop and my webroot expires in November and I think its going to be bye bye if they don’t buck their ideas up!

 

Has anyone got any ideas or insight into what is going on please?

For me, the Android application is no longer an application, but a kind of protected browser. It is a shadow of the old and excellent application. I uninstalled it. I keep Webrrot only for the PC, as long as it doesn't degrade like on android...

v7.1 is much better have a look at the pictures on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.wms&pli=1 and I have it installed on my Android devices and working very well!
