I have .exe MSDT.exe that has taken over my sound troubleshooter

When using my sound trouble shooter I am presented with an unknown file which blocks my use, It is msdt.exe.
It is flagged on Google "computer Beeper" as harmful malware for computer how do I get rid of it.

    My advise is to issue a Support Ticket free of charge with a active subscription.
