I bought a new Laptop HP Notebook and I have a HP Desk jet 1000 printer. The problem is my printer only prints color copies, it does not print any black & white copies. My printer worked fine with my other laptop.
Can anyone HELP me with this issue, I'm very frustrated.

I see that you are running HP Laptop & Printer. I also run a HP Desktop and 2 HP printers. Anytime I need help with HP equipment I go the the HP Support Forums and get answers there. If you have a Webroot problem than they can be answered on the Webroot Community Forum.
