I recently can no longer access msn.com. I get a screen that says " Hmmm, we can't reach this page"

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
There seem to be multiple ways to fix this problem. Some work for some and others don't. The following seems to be the most successful fix:
Open Windows Settings and choose Network & Internet. Then click Change Adapter Options. Then right-click on adapter and select Properties. Then double-click Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4). Then add these settings to "Use the Following DNS Server Addresses."

Click OK and retry Edge.
