I don't think there is a 100% foolproof program.
There are people who spend their time searching ways to beat everything and eventually someone will succeed.
The solution is to be vigilante when opening e-mails etc and use the best security there is such as WSA with maybe other programs as a back up to scan if when needed so you end up with a layered approach.

Must agree with Jasper there is no fool proof program against hackers as they are constantly looking for ways to circumvent defenses and time is on their side.
