what I believe to be a Microsoft scam window has popped up and locked my system down and saying to call to solve issue. I have a picture of the window showing ph.number and request. I have to shut down to remove it and reboot then it goes away. I has happened several times can this be removed or how to stop it..HELP. Thanks Dirk

I believe you can stop it with Task Manager, however our support team is a great resource for getting this taken care of. They can be reached at 1-866-612-4227.
