Have you tryed checking for updates on you pc/mac? if yes you can try changing your IP address there is two ways of doing this.
 
1. by turning your router off for 20secs and then turn back on. see if that fixes the issues.
 
Or
 
2. Go to your Run box Type in CMD run this as admin when CMD is open type in ipconfig /release this will disconnect you from the internet wait about 20 secs then type in ipconfig /renew this will give you a new ip address and should sort the issue out.

I would personally just ignore this. I get this message occassionally and it is usually generated as a result of your router messing up in terms of the dynamic allocation of local IP addresses. At worst you should just require a reboot of your system to resolve the issue.
