moto g6 help
I have an secure anywhere valid account. My old g4 took the keycode without problems. My new g6 refuses to recognize it. Why?

May I ask if you uninstalled Webroot from your old G4? Have you removed this device from your Online Account Console?
If you are still having issues the please Submit a Support Ticketwhich is free of charge with an active subscription.

- Log in to my.webrootanywhere.com and select the console you want to view.
- Click the Mobile Security tab.
- Select the device you want to deactivate.
