I just got a new laptop that has windows 10. When I install my subscription of Webroot SecureAnywhere it has a conflict with my sound service that is installed on my computer and causes it to crash. It came with Mccafee, which I Uninstaller, and I disabled windows defender and tried it that way to. Webroot installs and when it does its initial scan, it gets to 81% every time and crashes my computer. It won't do anything. I have to reinstall windows every time to get it to work. Any help?
