My bank keeps telling me they don't recognize my computer. Their tech help said the problem was in my computer security. Is there a setting I need to change or is the bank wrong?

Yeah that wouldn't have anything to do with an antivirus unless it's clearing cookies/cache frequently. If you want help checking to see if Webroot is doing this, our support team can investigate for you. I recommend submitted a ticket here and they'll get you taken care of.

Are you referring to your bank's website when you login?

Yes. When I try to log in it says they do not recognize my computer so I have to have them send me a text with a code to put in so they will remember my computer but I get this message at least once a week.
