trying to opt out of auto renewal and says I’m not signed up for that even tho Webroot deducted money in November from my Credit card

Hello. I am having a similar problem. I went into the Web Console to look for the auto-renewal opt-out, but could not find it. Basically, I am trying to avoid another charge in my credit card once the license expires.
