trying to opt out of auto renewal and says I’m not signed up for that even tho Webroot deducted money in November from my Credit card

This problem would have to be handled by Webroot Support. Please submit a  Support Ticket  or  Contact Webroot Support  to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.

Hello. I am having a similar problem. I went into the Web Console to look for the auto-renewal opt-out, but could not find it. Basically, I am trying to avoid another charge in my credit card once the license expires.
