  I click on my Webroot to run scan. The screen is green then turns orange with a big exclamation point. My account has a yellow caution symbol. Can someone please tell me what this means?

It could be a couple of things like you have less than 30 days on your subscription or one of the Shields is turned off and you can check from the main GUI.

 

 

 

 

If all of these are fine then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket and they can check it out for you.

 

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue. A reply from Support should take from 24 to 48 hours but could take a little longer because of COVID 19 and the Webroot Employees are busy working from home.
