keep getting this error Receiving reported error (0x80042112)
Thw following e-mail messages on the mail server cannot be downloaded.
Contact your ISP or mail administrator if you continue to receive this error

1447791089.10050.atl4mail01pod3,s=3448
amy ideas? i called ISP and was told there is nothing wrong with email but get this error everytime i get new emails. have done all the basic troubleshooting any out of the box ideas? Thanks for the help in advance.

Have you tried accessing that mail account thru a webmail interface and see if you can view the messages there?
s i can see the messages but still no luck
thanks for the thread i believe it has something to do with a bad or corrupted header and i have to contact the ISP to get it fixed.

yes i was able to get it fixed, sometimes the fixes are so easy that you can overthink it lol.
one fix a day keeps the problems away. Have a nice day

Thank you Ssherjj for the link but I was able to get it fixed was overthinking the problem and just had to dumb myself down a bit lol.
No problem..I am glad you got that fixed. It's always frustrating when Outlook goes arie!;)
