Password vault Problems

https://webroot was unable to contact server, you are now in offline mode, etc
Then... An error occurred while attempting to contact the server, check your internet connection.

Connection is o.k , all works good, so what is the problem?

    Password Manager is broke. Should be fixed this month or next.
