PC Backup
+1I downloaded mypcbackup to my laptop. Could not get it to backup my files. Contacted their tech support. They told me to disable Webroot and add application files into an exclusion list of Webroot. Does anyone know how to do this?

After some Google searches and reading some Computer Security forums, I'm getting mixed reviews of "mypcbackup software" Some are good and some say the software is "Potentially Unwanted Program" (PUP). Before disabling Webroot I would check with Webroot Support first about this. Please submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.
