Phone calls

I do not think you should be highly worried, but I would go ahead and change the security on your email just in case: the password and any security questions that you have.
 
The one thing you should NOT do is do anything at all the person on that phone is asking you to do.  That is quite plainly a phishing scam, and a pretty common one at that.  If you have provided them any information at all regarding your account(s), or allowed them access to remote into your computer, that could be rather bad.  Let us know if that has happened and we will go from there.

Looks like a telemarketer phone call.
