In the past few days I've been having a problems posting a comment on AOL news articles. I go to comments, type in my message but when I hit Send - nothing happens. It won't go through. I also find when I'm typing my message that the computer seems to drag or or even stop for a second and then plays catch up. This happens on AOL. Google Chrome and Firefox. Someone said it might be a problem with my Webroot Anti-Virus program. Can anyone help me? I don't know anything about plug ins or add ons or even where to find them.
I am appreciative of any help I can get.

Sorry your having troubles with your computer. Try shutting Webroot down to see if that fixes the problem.
Webroot icon in task bar lower right hand side. Right click > shut down.
Also you may try a Uninstall / Install which fixes most of the problems if any with Webroot:
Please follow the steps closely!

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
