My phone says the SIM locked and I need to enter a PUK CODE.  What is that?  I do not recall entering anything with that designation.  Before I fry my data in the phone,  HELP.............

    That is a SIM-specific code provided by your service provider.  I would suggest giving them a call from another device.  They'll be able to assist.
