ran system analysis and it reports 'graphics ram is low and impacting performance. I have no idea how to go
about resolving this or if this is really an issue. I have a new hp laptop running windows 8.1 any hints to help me ?

Yes System Analyzer has told me that I have ... low graphics RAM is affecting performance The only thing you can do is replace the graphics card...
But we get alot of questions along similar lines...and the answer is always the same; System Analyzer is just a baseline tool
Personally, I would not worry too much about the findings.
