scan failed
Just re-purchased webfoot for a two year period, my message upon trying to scan my computer says: "Scan Failed" cannot reach internet to locate threats. Whats the deal?

Have you tried a reboot of your system? Also where did you purchase your renewal? If that doesn't work please shut down WSA temporarily to see if it's the cause. Right click on the Webroot Tray Icon and click on Shut Down Protection.
