I have my Webroot set to scan every morning before 8:00 am. When I wake up my HP everymoring at around 7:50 am or so I have a report on the screen. The last two mornings I have not had any reports as though it is not scanning. Also when I open the Webroot icon it says last scan 24 hours ago, duration 2m 28s which is not normal and says next scan when idle. What is wrong here?

If you want to scan at 8:00AM exactly you must uncheck this box! Unchecking the other settings in that window is up to you!

Is your computer in sleep mode hibernate mode and what has changed since before this issue did you or someone else change something add a new program changed settings?
