.seto file extension

Hello,
Today I found some files have changed his extension to .jpg.seto docx. seto pdf.seto. I want to know if WEBROOT can stop theses virus or malaware and recover the changed files or how can be the problem solved,

It would be best and please do it as fast as you can and Submit a Support Ticket and hopefully they can reverse the active malware.
