some emails dont forward to a user account, any ideas why?
Is it possible that they were either collected by the end-account as spam and thus are being put into a spam folder?  Or perheps they were flagged as spam by the original account and put into the spam folder there and thus nor forwarded?

 

I am grasping at straws here I admit as I don't do any email forwarding, but I can still make an off the cuff guess LOL
could be but the user told me it was from people they know
If the people happened to forward spam email, they themselves might have go stuck into the spam filter as well.  Have them check the Spam folders of both accounts just in case.

 

I know.. it is not likely to be the issue, but never know 🙂
