Some of my text in Facebook is now Spanish, while the rest is English.  How do I make it ALL  English?

Thank you for the two links, but when I went there, all the text was in Spanish.  Unfortunately, I do not understand Spanish.  Now what?

Please go to the Login page and look at the bottom and see if you can change to English.
