I’m using Windows 10 Home and my Surface Laptop 2 continues to crash, sometimes every couple hours. Microsoft has sent me on all sorts of diagnostic trails short of reimaging the machine. Microsoft is now advising me that Webroot may be the cause of the problem, that I should remove the program and depend solely on Windows Defender for protection.
Before I do that, what do you think?

I don’t see any crashes on my 3 Win 10 Laptops so I don’t think it has to do with Webroot. But if you would like Webroot to take a look please Submit a Support Ticket and see what they say.
