Hi, I downloaded my free Webroot 1 year subscription on my new Chromebook HP and it is now showing me a message that says that I need to download the Web Secure app. When I try to do this I get a message saying "this app is not compatible with your device". Where do I go from here? How do I download the Web Secure app on my device?
