When I travel overseas and try to log into my insurance company website to pay my bill, I get the messages "This Page Can't Be Displayed" or "Hmm, we can't reach this page." When I'm back home in the U.S., I don't have this problem. Anyone know what might be the cause of this?

My guess would be you have poor connection to the Internet Service that you are using. May I ask what Windows OS are you using? Have you tried using another browser to connect to this website?
