I'm upgrading to Win 10 and it needs me to uninstall Webroot software. I try and it won't. It just sits there. It says it's missing a file mia.lib. What do I do to get this off my computer?

Hi mellogrl
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please take a look at this KB Article...don't worry about the name but rathre look for the version of Windows you are currenlty on and then pick the correct version of the commandline option that allows you to run the uninstaller directly. Please note that you will need to run the selected commandline in an elevated command prompt or running as an administrator for best results.
