Thanks for help, was able to contact Webroot, was able correct the the problem...the problem was the update was not loaded on. 

Wifi will connect me to cloud..it gives me error message, notify to seek help from community..

Login was no problem: on WIFI, when press connect Error Message Failure pops up...what can I do correct the problem.
