I've noticed some other people have had problems with uninstalling webroot. In my case, it kept telling me I couldn't uninstall because it was still running.
My unconventional but effective solution was to change the file type (from the applications folder, add .jpg to the app name). It told me I didn't have permission to change the name, and then asked me if I wanted to uninstall it.
It worked for me after a long time of mucking around trying to find a solution, so if this helps anyone else - you're welcome!

You should be able to uninstall via the Control Panel but you can also use the run command: C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall.
