I have to chuckle about this pic, as a close friend of mine is a programmer for Microsoft. And I have been at the office where he works, and there is absolute silence when they are coding..............Signs all over the place where he is at.
I'll share you a interesting story about him when he graduated from high school he was offered a free scholarship to college (free ride all the way) he turned it down went to work for Microsoft his current salary approx 275,000 per year. He is quite brilliant to say the least.
