I am not sure that I have activated my Webroot account.  Please verify.  Thank you.

    Hey there Annette,

    Welcome to the community! 

    Just to clarify - are you asking if your subscription is currently active? If so, there’s a very easy way to check:
     

    1. Open up your Webroot Secure Anywhere program
    2. Click on “My account” on the right-hand side
    3. Next to subscription, see if it has a number of days listed

    Below is a picture of what it will look like (with a diff number of days) if you have successfully activated your account:
