When I log in to the portal, it logs me out immediately

It’s best to Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to look into it and they will help you.

    @CTS ,

    Have you tried on different browsers? The portal tends to like Chrome and firefox best. Let me know if you get any different results using another browser.

    Unfortunately, it doesn't work with any (Firefox Edge Chrome) Kaspersky is switched off
