Webroot "manipulates data input from USB connected Barcode scanner"

Which isn't very helpful when scanning inventory.

Has anyone experienced this behavior...?

I’ve actually located the problem. Though it seemed to be related to Webroot, it turned out to be language problems for the setup. tha scanner was setup to a different language than the keyboard.

 

Problem solved.. :-)

    yes. we’ve had to uninstall on all computers. exact same issue. Zebra barcode scanners. after uninstall they worked fine.
