Where can we submit exe and dll files to have Webroot unflag them as malware

We are software developer, we create new programs and some
of our programs (exe and dll) have been flag as malware. This is
especially so when Webroot heuristic scanning is used.

Is there a place URL link where we can submit these programs
to get clearance that there are not malware ?
