why has my game farmville2 been compresmised

why do I have to keep asking the same question?        I have been playing farmville2 for years for 2 to 3 hours a day with no problems untill I got webroot,now I can only play for max 3 minutes then I have to refresh  why?

    That sounds strange it might be a simple thing like getting some of the files Whitelisted.(You can also look at this User Guide)
     
    Please Submit a Support Ticket and they can look after that for you. The Technical Support Team are usually pretty fast and they are free of charge.
