I have this invisible email hacker thing going on. Or google just likes messing with me by downloading dumb shit on my device. Some how im sending emails two my self and people have access to my gmail how do fix this

Maybe your email email address was compromised in a data breach. I had one address that I used for several sites, and I started getting heaps of spam.
In the end the easiest thing for me to to do was to backup my email, move the emails to another account and close the old account.
