Microsoft is rolling out KB4512534 for Windows 10 October 2018 Update and Windows Server 2019 with a long list of non-security bug fixes and improvements. KB4512534 advances the system to Windows 10 Build 17763.720 and fixes Visual Basics issues that Microsoft acknowledged on August 15, shortly after the rollout of August 2019 Patch Tuesday security updates.
The August 17 cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1809 also fixes an issue that prevented Windows Hello face recognition from working after system reboot and Microsoft has also addressed two issues with classic Edge browser. This patch also improves downloading of copyrighted digital media contents from certain websites using Edge and Internet Explorer.
