Hi.
Webroot indicates that Windows Firewall is not switched on. However when I go to Windows control panel and try to switch the firewall on (using recommended settings) I get an error message and the firewall is left off.
Any solutions to getting the Win 7 firewall into operation, please?
PS: I am not great with computers so simple answers if possible, please,
