simple solution to webroot popup at start up, remove the program fron computer

i will be romoving webroot from my computer. an un controled pop up is not acceptable

I think he/she means the Shields enabled pop-up when WSA is started.

Go to Advanced Settings -> Install Settings -> Uncheck "Show a status notification screen on bootup"

Agreed. I was just pestered by a renewal pop-up on my monitor for the second time in six hours. Uninstalling instead of renewing. I was going to renew, but if it means paying to bothered by that nonsense, I might as well just get free software instead.
