Can you do a default deep scan from here: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/584/Running-scans if it comes up with nothing then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will remove it free of charge. Please don't use any other tools to try to remove it.........!

+56Aw the all knowing Troll is back! And the OP never said what type of FBI yes it could be screen locker or it could be just a Browser locker? In any case the OP should Contact Support on his PC if possible or another PC or call them: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/company/contact-us@ wrote:
