How do I add a second computer to my account? It includes up to three.

Please follow these instructions below,
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
• KEEP the computer online to install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot

Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Welcome to the COmmunity Forums.
 
If I may interject here?  You mention a renewal in your post; may I therefore ask if it was a renewal with Webroot, i.e., added time for the same keycode or did you purchase a new license keycode for 3 devices.  If the former then how many devices did you have attached before trying with the laptop, and if the latter what version did you renew from?
 
Also, would you cjeck in your Web Console how many keycodes you have registered and under each (assuming that there may be more than one) how many devices are registered.
 
Answers to the all the above should enable us to get to the bottom of this issue for you.
