is there a good program to remove spyware that's free
webroot does not remove spyware and my pc is getting slowed down

Yes WSA remove's Spyware and all other malware if you feel your infected please Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know and if you do have something they will remove it for you with your paid subscription.
