Webroot detects but does not remove Genieo files from my MAC. any suggestions?
Genieo has infected my MAC. A 24 hour scan by Webroot detected it, says it removed it, but other checkers say it is still on my machine. Webroot has deleted it several times but it alwasy reappears. What can remove it permanently?

I'd advise that you submit a Support Ticket free of charge with a active subscription.
